2. Services Provided
ABC-123-LEGAL provides process serving, skip tracing, court filing, and related legal document services. We make reasonable efforts to complete services as requested, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Provide legible, properly formatted legal documents
- Pay for services in a timely manner
- Comply with applicable laws and court rules
- Not use services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
4. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are based on service type, speed, and location. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cases may be cancelled before service is attempted
- Refunds are provided for cancelled cases minus a processing fee
- No refunds after successful service is completed
- Partial refunds may be provided for unsuccessful attempts at our discretion
6. Service Guarantees
We guarantee court-compliant proof of service and GPS-tagged affidavits. We do not guarantee successful service in cases where the recipient cannot be located or refuses service.
7. Limitation of Liability
ABC-123-LEGAL's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on our website are owned by ABC-123-LEGAL. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all case information and documents in accordance with legal industry standards and applicable laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state laws. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action must be brought in Arizona courts.
